Product introduction
Distributed optical fiber sensing system include DTS (Distributed Temperature Sensing), DAS/DVS (Distributed Acoustic Sensing), and DSS (Distributed Stress Sensing), etc.
ZITN DAS Interrogator is a portable interferometric acoustic sensor, which adopts the principle of COTDR technology. Coherent short-pulse laser launches into an optical fibre, when the vibration act on optical fiber, internal structure of fiber core changed slightly due to elasto-optical effect, which can lead to the changes of backscattering signal. Dynamic strain events can be monitored by the interferometric phase of Rayleigh backscattered light signal.
